This month, our engineering team successfully completed a large-scale export run of custom-engineered OPGW-24 Core (100mm²) and ultra-high-density OPGW-72 Core (50mm²) cables for an overseas high-voltage transmission line project. Packing dozens of premium single-mode fibers into tight, stainless steel unit tubes armored with heavy-duty aluminum-clad steel (ACS) wires requires extreme structural precision.
With 13 years of independent manufacturing expertise, our independent testing center validated every single drum under rigorous fault current, thermal cycle, and tensile load simulations before loading them into reinforced plywood reels for ocean freight.
