GYTA (Metal Reinforced, Loose-Sleeve Laminated Filled, Aluminum-Polyethylene Bonded Jacketed Outdoor Fiber Optic Cable) is a single-mode or multi-mode fiber optic cable that is enclosed in a loose sleeve made of high modulus plastic filled with a waterproof compound. At the center of the core is a metal reinforcement core or, for some cores, a layer of polyethylene (PE) extruded over the metal reinforcement core. The loose tube (and filler rope) is twisted around the central reinforcement to form a compact and round core with gaps filled with a water-blocking compound. The aluminum-plastic composite tape is wrapped longitudinally and then extruded with a polyethylene sheath.
GYTA Fiber Cable Features:
- PBT loose sleeve material has good hydrolysis resistance, and the tube is filled with special oil paste to protect the fiber.
2. PE sheath has good resistance to solar radiation.
3. The smooth outer sheath allows the fiber optic cable to have a smaller coefficient of friction in the installation.
4. The following measures are used to ensure the waterproof performance of the fiber optic cable: special waterproof compound filling inside the loose sleeves; complete cable core filling; aluminum-plastic composite tape with moisture-proof layer.
5. Aluminum tape side pressure index is not as good as steel tape, but the effect of moisture-proof and rust-proof is better than steel tape, GYTA is used for long life when threading.
