It features a stranded loose tube structure where high-quality fibers are housed in high-modulus PBT tubes stranded around a metallic central strength member.

To withstand extreme mechanical stress, water immersion, and biological threats, the cable is built with a double-jacket, double-armoring design: an inner corrugated steel tape armor with a PE inner sheath, followed by a second heavy-duty corrugated steel tape layer and a rugged high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer jacket.
